The triathlon has set its course for Kostanai!

The next starts - the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan Triathlon and the VI stage of the TEMIRADAM Cup will be held in Kostanai. On August 6-7 we will meet on the embankment of the Tobol River. Athletes, amateurs and Kostanai people we are waiting for you!

On the first day of competitions at a distance of "300m swimming, 8km cycle stage, 2km running" in the mixed relay category Elite athletes will try themselves out, and on the Supersprint with a group start will appear category U19 and U15.

Day two promises to be just as exciting and interesting. In order to popularise and develop triathlon in the frame of the events, the Championships programme includes competitions among Pro and Age Group athletes in the sprint distance (750m swimming, 20km cycling stage, 5km running). This programme is intended for the participants of the VI TEMIRADAM Cup, which continues its march in Kazakhstan. Previous Cups were held in Turkestan, Taldykorgan, Alakol, Burabay and Nur-Sultan.

We would like to remind competitors that the start packs for lifters will be distributed at the start area one day before the competition.
